We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that SolarBright Canada shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
